Onsite Support Specialist

Own the onsite workforce operation at a shipyard facility in Ashland City, TN as an In-House Onsite Support Specialist. This is a hands-on role focused on shift management, associate support, and day-to-day program execution for skilled trades talent.You’ll be the face of PDS onsite—highly visible, responsive, and actively engaged on the floor.
