Operations AnalystWe are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Analyst to join our newly formed Procurement and Estimates group within Intras Cloud Services (ICS). This is an exciting opportunity for an early career professional to contribute to our growing team and develop your skills in a dynamic and supportive environment.
As an Operations Analyst, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our procurement and estimates processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
Assist in the procurement of goods and services in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Review and process purchase orders, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Help onboard few vendors, ensuring compliance with company standards.
Maintain vendor records and manage vendor relationships to ensure optimal performance.
Conduct periodic reviews of vendor performance and address any issues or concerns.
Provide internal customer support by addressing inquiries and resolving procurement and estimates-related issues.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to efficiently meet customer needs.
Assist in the preparation of project quotes and estimates based on customer requirements.
Work closely with project managers and other stakeholders to gather necessary information for accurate estimates.
Ensure all quotes and estimates are completed in a timely manner and adhere to company guidelines.
ICS seeks a candidate with an interest or understanding of IT terminology and practices. As an Operations Analyst, you will work alongside ICS technology partners and be expected to participate in ongoing training activities to ensure a base level understanding of the products and services offered and marketed by ICS.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in business, Operations Management, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Previous experience in procurement, vendor management, or customer support is a plus.
A genuine interest or basic understanding of IT terminology and practices.
