Join us and our 18,000 colleagues now and together we will make the world a brighter place.The Warehouse Operator is responsible for shipping, receiving and loading functions at our plant in Frankfort, Indiana and will ensure that safety and compliance is their highest priority. This role will allow you to learn more about our plant operations and can open the door to career opportunities with increased responsibilities. We will provide you with the necessary training to be successful in this position.This is a full time role that includes competitive pay, annual bonus potential, generous paid time off, 401K with company match, retirement contribution, tuition reimbursement, parental leave and medical, dental and vision coverage (no waiting period).Major Tasks And ResponsibilitiesPrepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to, schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship)Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)Perform inventory controls and keep quality standards high for auditKeep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilizationOperate and maintain preventively warehouse vehicles and equipmentFollow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulationsBasic QualificationsHigh school diploma or GEDPreferred QualificationsExperience in warehousing operationsExperience with chemical handling and fork truck operationBasic understanding of computer systems; Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel and SAPPhysical DemandsLifting a maximum of 60 lbsWearing respirator/SCBAWearing of chemical suits in extreme temperaturesClimbing stairsWorking at heights on top of tankersYOUR APPLICATIONAre you as curious, courageous and colorful as we are?
