Stellantis - Key Account Manager

Adler Pelzer Group - a growing global Tier One supplier of Acoustic and Soft Trim products to the automotive industry is seeking for a driven Key Account Manager to manage the Stellantis account and join the team of the North American HQ in Troy, MI.The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing and guiding customer requirements and relationships to support the company's commercial and acquisition objectives in the North American Region, specifically related to the Stellantis account.A successful candidate for the KAM role will have strong mathematical, analytical, organizational and interpersonal skills to manage the sales processes.Responsibilities of the Key Account Manager:Overall responsibility of the RFQ process and coordination of sales activitiesCollect, follow up, and analyze important data to prepare RFQsResponsible for collecting and analyzing key data for customer engineering changesCoordinate and facilitate cross-functional teams to meet objectives and due datesSet up and follow-up customer calls dailyResponsible for producing monthly sales reports (acquisition plan, KAM report, etc.)Discuss and define customer sales strategiesNote: This section is not inclusive.
