If you're passionate about agriculture, enjoy working with your hands, and thrive in a team-oriented atmosphere, this position is perfect for you!ResponsibilitiesPerform daily vineyard tasks including planting, pruning, tying, thinning, and harvesting grapevinesMonitor vine health and report signs of pests, disease, or nutrient deficienciesAssist with irrigation setup, maintenance, and adjustments to support optimal vine growthMaintain cleanliness and organization of vineyard rows and surrounding work areasFollow safety procedures and company guidelines at all timesSupport seasonal activities such as harvest preparation and post-harvest cleanupWork collaboratively with team members to complete tasks efficiently and on scheduleHandle tools and materials responsibly to ensure proper care and longevityAdapt to changing weather conditions and varying workloads throughout the growing seasonExperience Roles in agricultural or farm settings preferredHands-on experience with farm machinery operation, equipment repair, welding, or power toolsKnowledge of horticulture, greenhouse practices, or growing techniques relevant to vineyards or similar cropsBasic math skills for measurements, calculations related to irrigation or fertilization schedulesUnderstanding of farming principles including irrigation systems, crop management, and sustainable practices is highly valuedThis role offers an engaging environment where your skills in agriculture, machinery operation, animal handling, and maintenance will directly impact the success of our vineyard.
