Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)Henry Ford Columbus Surgery Center is seeking a skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our busy anesthesia care team in Novi, Michigan. This full-time position offers the opportunity to administer anesthesia across a wide variety of outpatient surgical procedures, in a collaborative environment with experienced CRNAs and physicians. The role includes travel to multiple ambulatory sites as needed.The CRNA will:Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop tailored anesthesia care plansAdminister anesthesia (general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care) in collaboration with surgeons and healthcare providersMonitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complicationsProvide post-anesthesia care and pain managementAdminister anesthesia to all patient ages and ASA classes, including pediatrics and geriatricsProvide airway management services as needed throughout the hospitalTravel to other ambulatory sites as neededNo lapsed or new graduate candidatesNot open to Locum and/or Locum to Perm candidatesNot open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them againNot open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s)Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described aboveOpen to H1B and J1 Visa CandidatesPractice Setting Highlights:Henry Ford Columbus Surgery Center: outpatient, clinic, and multi-site ambulatory careHigh-volume, fast-paced environment with 40+ CRNAs and 10 senior staff physiciansSurgical cases include: total hips/knees, plastic surgery, sports medicine, orthopedics, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, endoscopy, and general surgeryCompensation and Benefits:Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
