We are seeking a dependable and customer-focused Front Desk Agent to join our team. This position is responsible for checking guests in and out, managing reservations, preparing fresh coffee, and providing friendly, professional service throughout each shift. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and the ability to communicate clearly with guests and coworkers are essential.While prior hotel experience is helpful, it is not required. This role includes all shifts, with a primary focus on the night audit shift (11 PM--7 AM). Weekend and holiday availability is required.
