What You'll Do: Vehicle Sales: Guide customers through Chevrolet’s lineup—from compact models to full-size trucks—helping them find the right vehicle to fit their needs. Product Knowledge: Develop a strong understanding of vehicle features, performance, and options; ongoing training provided. Customer Relationships: Build trust by listening, advising, and delivering a positive, engaging buying experience. Test Drives: Conduct professional test drives to highlight vehicle features and benefits. Sales Documentation: Accurately and efficiently complete pricing, financing, and required paperwork. Team Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to celebrate successes and refine sales strategies. CRM Management: Complete daily activities in the CRM system, including calls, texts, and follow-ups. Performance Goals: Consistently meet and exceed sales targets and objectives.
