Facilities Specialist
Role Description Full-time or part-time the key responsibility as a facility specialist is to conduct janitorial surfaces around the property while also conducting security services to ensure a safe environment. Qualifications Proven skills in Facility Management (FM) and a strong understanding of facility operations and maintenance processes.Experience in Training and Administration to ensure effective communication and staff coordination.Knowledge and experience with Construction activities, such as renovations, repairs, or new projects.Proficiency in using Microsoft Office applications to prepare reports, track budgets, and maintain records.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in an on-site role.Familiarity with safety regulations and compliance standards.Relevant certifications in facility management or DPSST (mandatory).
