Job Description Job Title: MuleSoft Lead / Integration ArchitectJob SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled MuleSoft Lead / Architect who will be responsible for designing, developing, and leading enterprise integration solutions using MuleSofts Anypoint Platform. This role combines hands-on development, API design, and architectural leadership to deliver scalable and secure integrations across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end MuleSoft implementations from design to deploymentDesign and develop APIs using MuleSoft (RAML/OpenAPI) following API-led connectivity principlesDefine and implement System, Process, and Experience APIsArchitect scalable, reusable, and high-performance integration solutionsCollaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical designsProvide technical leadership and mentor development teamsConduct code reviews and enforce best practices, standards, and governanceDesign integration patterns (REST, SOAP, batch, event-driven, messaging)Ensure security, reliability, and performance of APIs and integrationsManage CI/CD pipelines, deployments, and production supportWork with Anypoint Platform components (API Manager, Design Center, Runtime Manager, Exchange)Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issuesDrive API lifecycle management and governanceRequired Skills & Qualifications12+ years of integration experience with at least 8+ years in MuleSoftStrong experience with MuleSoft Anypoint PlatformHands-on experience in API design (RAML/OpenAPI)Strong knowledge of RESTful services, microservices architectureExperience with DataWeave, Mule flows, connectors, and transformationsKnowledge of integration patterns and messaging systems (Kafka, JMS, etc.)Experience with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Azure DevOps)Strong understanding of security (OAuth, JWT, TLS)Excellent problem-solving and communication skillsPreferred QualificationsMuleSoft Certified Developer / ArchitectExperience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)Experience in enterprise integration and large-scale implementationsKnowledge of DevSecOps practicesNice to HaveExperience with Salesforce integrationsKnowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologiesExposure to API governance frameworksRole Expectation (Blend of Responsibilities)Designer Define APIs, contracts, and reusable assetsArchitect Own overall integration strategy and solution designFlexible work from home options available.
