The Suites Supervisor must be personable and able to work in an ever-changing fast-paced environment. The Suites Supervisor will assist the Kitchen Manager and General Manager with projects including training, inventory and special events. The Suites Supervisor must possess excellent attendance and be available to work events as scheduled per business need.This role pays an hourly rate of $17.00-$20.00Benefits for Part-Time roles: 401(k) Savings Plan and 401(k) matchingThis position will remain open until April 17, 2026.ResponsibilitiesResponsible for scheduling suite attendants at direction of management based on attendance and bookingAbility to fill out production reports for kitchen execution, training providedEnsures all clubs are set prior to eventResponsible for ensuring quality and hospitality throughout all areasResponsible for communication between suite attendants and managementResponsible for organization and preparation of eventsResponsible for supervising team members on non-event and event daysMonitor and maintain food qualityAssist management with monitoring department by maintaining policies and procedures, upholding safety and sanitation standards, and ensuring a positive atmosphere for team members and guestsMaintain, resolve, and enforce cash handling policies and proceduresMonitor and enforce safe alcohol policies and proceduresMonitor and maintain inventory control and product requisitionHave full knowledge of food and beverage menu items and accompanimentsResponsible for supervising the service of beverages to guests including alcoholic beverages. Must check guest's ID to verify minimum age requirement for the purchase of alcoholic beverages.Supervises the set up of club functions including linens, dishware, glassware and silverware.Maintains sanitation, health and safety standards in work areas.Must show demonstrated ability to meet the company standard for excellent attendance.Assures that the location equipment is operable and clean prior to start of event.Assists Management team with projects including training, inventory and special events.All other duties as assigned by the managers and supervisors.QualificationsAbility to supervise the work of others.Ability to communicate with employees, co-workers, volunteers, management staff and guests in a clear, business-like and respectful manner which focuses on generating a positive, enthusiastic and cooperative work environment.Ability to speak, read and write in English.Ability to work well in a team-oriented, fast-paced, event-driven environment.Possess valid food handling certificate or alcohol service permit if required by state or federal regulations.Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly.Ability to calculate basic math functions (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division, percentages) as they relate to POS cash/credit transactions, cash reconciliation and product inventory.Education, Qualifications and Experience:At Least 1-2 years' experience working in a supervisory capacity in a fast-paced restaurant or catering environment or applicable Education.Basic understanding of microsoft office.Ability to stand for long period of time during shift.
