Sales Support specialist

Responsibilities for Sales Support Specialist:Help troubleshoot problems with customer orders, customer accounts and other related issuesProvide the sales team with data reports and sales guidesWork with account managers to create and implement targeted sales strategiesKeep up with new product sales launches and make sure the sales team is up to dateProvide customer service by staying on top of pending orders and customer requestsReview and maintain written and computer files, plus conduct data entryAssist in the coordination of administrative functions, including budget, personnel, meetings, and clerical dutiesResearch and collect informationMaintain complete stock of all office supplies and accuracy of inventoryQualifications for Sales Support Specialist:High school diploma is required but an Associate or bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field is preferredProficient in computer software systems including MS Office and MS ExcelWorking knowledge of customer relationship management software and data analysisExcellent motivational skills and works will with a team but also able to work aloneStrong communication and interpersonal skills and dedication to customer satisfactionExcellent time management and organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritizeKnowledge of sales practices and the most efficient customer service techniquesAbility to interpret sales metrics and perform data entryAbility to pay strong attention to detail
