Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer (AI Adoption & Enablement)Introduction: The Microsoft 365 Copilot Trainer is responsible for driving awareness, capability, habit formation, and measurable productivity outcomes for Microsoft 365 Copilot across targeted business personas. The trainer will deliver webinars, run persona discovery interviews, facilitate design thinking workshops, create lesson plans and hands-on labs, and execute targeted adoption campaigns to maximize usage, satisfaction, and ROI.ResponsibilitiesDeliver high-impact training sessions on Microsoft 365 Copilot experiencesTrain users on prompt fundamentals and best practicesLead persona discovery interviews and synthesize insights into role-based scenario mapsFacilitate design thinking workshops to identify use cases and workflow mappingDevelop lesson plans, learning paths, and maintain training materialsRun Change Corners and build community engagementDesign and execute targeted adoption campaigns and communicationsMeasure adoption and value realization, drive outcomes aligned with adoption goalsLead train-the-trainer sessions and enable internal trainersMaintain readiness with continuous learning on Copilot featuresRequirementsRequired Skills & CompetenciesStrong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 CopilotExcellent presentation and storytelling skillsInterviewing, workshop facilitation, and consulting skillsExperience in change management and adoption strategiesData-driven approach with comfort in analyzing metricsQualifications / Experience5 years in training/facilitation, digital adoption, or productivity transformationExperience delivering training for Microsoft 365 or AI assistantsCertifications in Microsoft fundamentals or Change Management (preferred)Nice-to-HaveExperience in regulated industries and compliance-sensitive communicationFamiliarity with Copilot extensibility conceptsExperience running enterprise communities and adoption hubsDeliverables OwnedPersona-based training strategy and learning pathsLesson plans, Copilot demo scripts, and hands-on lab guidesPrompt library, Change Corner runbooks, and targeted campaign contentTTT certification kit and feedback insights for adoption improvementSuccess Metrics / KPIsEnablement coverage, adoption improvement, and capability transfer metricsScenario adoption and business outcomes measurementSatisfaction metrics and confidence upliftWorking Model / StakeholdersWorks closely with Program Lead, Communications Lead, Security/Governance, and business SMEs in the AI Office.
