Job Title: Staffing Account ManagerLocation: West Windsor, NJ(5 days working) OnsitePosition Type: Full Time Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain long-term client partnerships to effectively understand and address their staffing needsIncrease market share by becoming the trusted staffing supplier for clientsIdentify and qualify new job orders, working closely with the delivery lead to ensure comprehensive coverage and supportPresent qualified candidates to Hiring Managers and follow up for feedbackCoordinate candidate interviews and onboarding processes with clientsCollaborate with the recruiting team on candidate screening, orientation, and placementConduct client visits to strengthen relationships and gather essential information such as job descriptions, referrals, and business leadsQualifications:4-8 years of recent experience in the Staffing & Recruiting IndustryPrior experience in hands-on recruiting and progression to an Account/Client Relationship Manager roleDemonstrated expertise in staffing, recruiting, and account managementStrong communication and interpersonal skillsProficient in negotiation and problem-solvingProven track record of relationship-building and maintaining a positive reputationAbility to thrive in a high-paced, target-oriented environmentSelf-motivated and driven individualFamiliarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other relevant softwareAdditional Requirements:Willingness to travel to client locations, especially locallyFlexibility to work outside regular office hours as neededJoin Quantum Integrators as a Staffing Account Manager and play a key role in shaping the staffing solutions for our valued clients.
