Licensed Driver Instructor

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Driving Instructor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for educating students on safe driving practices, traffic laws, and vehicle operation. This role requires effective communication skills and the ability to provide hands-on driving instruction. The Driving Instructor will play a crucial role in preparing students for their driving tests and ensuring they develop the skills necessary for safe driving. Duties Conduct classroom sessions to educate students on traffic laws, road signs, and safe driving techniques. Provide behind-the-wheel instruction to students, guiding them through practical driving scenarios. Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback to help them improve their driving skills. Develop lesson plans that cater to individual learning needs and ensure comprehensive coverage of all necessary topics. Maintain a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages student participation and engagement. Manage classroom dynamics effectively, ensuring all students are focused and respectful during lessons. Stay updated on state regulations regarding driver education and ensure compliance with all legal requirements. Skills Strong ability to drive safely and confidently in various conditions. Excellent communication skills to effectively convey information to students of diverse backgrounds. Proven experience in educating or training individuals, particularly in a classroom setting. Experience working with students of varying ages, including adults seeking driver education. Knowledge of adult education principles is a plus, enabling tailored instruction for mature learners.
