Collaborate with Architects, Engineers, Designers, and Product Managers to build innovative software solutions. Lead technical design, architecture discussions, and contribute to engineering best practices. Develop robust .NET back-end and front-end solutions following modern patterns and standards. Champion test-first and acceptance-criteria-driven development. Participate in code reviews, documentation, continuous improvement, and mentoring other engineers. Ensure solutions meet key non-functional needs: performance, security, scalability, maintainability, and reliability. Stay current with new technologies, trends, and best practices. Job Requirements5–10 years of experience in software product development. Strong proficiency in .NET 4.8+, .NET Core, C# 10+, MS SQL Server (T-SQL). Experience working in hybrid/cloud environments—Azure preferred. Hands-on experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps a plus). Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and clean coding principles. Experience with Git, automated testing, design patterns, domain-driven design, and integration (REST/SOAP). Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset. Ability to break down large initiatives into sprint-sized deliverables in an Agile environment. Familiarity with security best practices, compliance standards (GDPR, HIPAA, PCI-DSS, ISO 27001), and secure coding. Bonus: Microsoft Certified Azure Developer / Azure DevOps Engineer.
