Position: FP&A AnalystLocation: Raleigh, NCPay: $80,000/yearType: Full-timeSchedule: Monday - FridayArray Corporation is seeking an FP&A Analyst to join a growing team!Job DescriptionDevelop and maintain financial models to support forecasting, budgeting, and long-term planningPrepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasts and variance analysis, identifying trends, risks, and opportunitiesLeader in company’s AI initiativePrepare weekly headcount and cash flow reporting with forecast and analysisPartner with business leaders to provide financial guidance and support decision-makingAssist in the annual budgeting processCreate and maintain dashboards and reporting packages for senior leadershipSupport ad hoc financial analysis, including ROI analysis, pricing analysis, and cost optimizationImprove financial processes, systems, and reporting efficienciesEnsure data accuracy and integrity across financial systemsPosition RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fieldExperience in FP&A, corporate finance, investment banking, or a related fieldStrong financial modeling and analytical skillsStrong communication skillsAbility to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholdersHigh attention to detail and strong organizational skillsAbility to work independentlyUnderstanding of multi-entity organizationsAbility to manage and prioritize a high volume of ad-hoc analytical requestsPreferred QualificationsExperience in high-growth or startup environmentsFamiliarity with workforce/headcount planningAdvanced proficiency in Excel; experience with financial systems (e.g., NetSuite, Hyperion, Adaptive, etc.)Familiarity with SaaS metrics or industry-specific KPIsExperience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, etc.)Familiarity with SQLCPA, CFA, or MBA (or in progress)Familiarity with LLMsKey CompetenciesAnalytical thinkingBusiness acumenCommunication and storytelling with dataProblem-solvingAttention to detailAdaptability in a fast-paced environmentWinning mindsetArray Corporation is the leading technology-enabled workforce solutions company whose mission is to fix how work is bought, sold and delivered to enable access to the American Dream.We are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity and Affirmative Action employer.
