Summary: The Fleet Service Representative will serve as the primary point of contact in a call center environment, supporting site managers by coordinating vehicle maintenance and/or repair needs. This role involves efficiently entering service requests into the Fleet Management System (FMS), liaising with repair vendors, and ensuring timely service delivery to maintain fleet availability and reliability.Coordinate and manage maintenance and repairs with site managers and vendors.Compare repair times from different vendors.Ensure accurate data entry in the Fleet Management System (FMS).Verify warranties for repairs and parts.Assign repairs to preferred vendors with contractual agreements.Schedule services and confirm work completion with vendors.Update service records in the FMS for tracking and reporting.Resolve issues related to repair timelines, costs, and vendor performance.Adhere to policies and safety standards.Generate performance reports for continuous improvement.Foster relationships with site managers and vendors.Prioritize customer service and continuous improvement.Handle additional tasks as assigned. Minimum QualificationsEducation: High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in business administration or related fields is a plus.Skills:Service Writing ExperienceNegotiation skillsVendor relationsBasic knowledge of vehicle maintenance and repair processesCustomer service and organizational skillsCritical thinking and problem-solvingCommunication and interpersonal skillsProficiency in data entry and fleet management systemssalary expectation is between 55,000 to 65,000 depending on experience, education, and skillset
