REMOTE Lead Software Engineer (Python/React)

Lead Full Stack EngineerWe are seeking a Lead Full Stack Engineer to join a high-visibility initiative focused on modernizing and consolidating marketing campaign lifecycle management. This is a hands-on technical leadership role for an engineer who enjoys owning solutions from concept through delivery. The ideal candidate can partner with stakeholders, drive architecture decisions, provide technical thought leadership, and actively contribute code across both frontend and backend systems.Responsibilities:Own the architecture, design, and delivery of a key portal within the Lumen platformPartner directly with product managers, business stakeholders, and engineering teams to define solutionsLead technical decision-making for frontend, backend, and integration capabilitiesDesign and develop scalable APIs and microservices using PythonBuild modern user interfaces using ReactDevelop and maintain frontend-to-backend integrationsContribute hands-on throughout the software development lifecycleDrive CI/CD best practices and deployment automationBuild and maintain cloud-native solutions within Google Cloud Platform (GCP)Support containerized application deployments using KubernetesHelp establish engineering standards, best practices, and long-term platform strategyCompensation: $50-60/hour. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
