The successful candidate will be responsible for driving world-class performance in safety, quality, delivery, cost, and productivity, while supporting long-term business growth and customer commitments in a highly regulated aerospace environment. This executive will lead the development and execution of manufacturing strategies, ensure compliance with regulatory and internal requirements, and champion a strong safety culture. Key responsibilities include leading operational excellence initiatives, driving continuous improvement, and owning manufacturing financial performance.Applicants for the Vice President of Manufacturing position at the company should have a Bachelor's degree in engineering, manufacturing, operations, or a related technical discipline, with a Master's degree preferred. A minimum of 15 years of manufacturing and operations leadership experience, particularly in aerospace or defense environments, is required. The role demands a leader with a strong knowledge of aerospace regulatory frameworks, a proven track record in driving improvements, and experience in leading Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma transformations.
