Process Engineer
The Process Engineer will be responsible for analysing business methods and finding efficient alternatives. The Process Engineer will be responsible for delivering regular recommendations on how to maintain staff levels and lower costs, while meeting all quality standards set forth by the company, its customers, and government regulations. The Process Engineer will also be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and implementing equipment where necessary. The successful candidate will work side-by-side with the management staff to discover inefficiencies in business processes and then determine the best ways to bring our business methods in line with our financial goals.

LEAN manufacturing concepts, including 5s, and eliminating waste

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
5+ years of hands-on experience in the electronics manufacturing environment
Associate degree in a technical field (Bachelor’s Degree preferred)
Understanding of Quick Turn / New Product Introduction
Knowledgeable in IPC, ISO, and MIL Standards
Experienced in assembly process evaluation
Proficient at preparing work instructions, assembly & test procedures, tooling, and fixturing design

Pay: $87,947.00 - $93,212.00 per year
