Senior UiPath RPA Developer

For one of my customer we are looking for a Senior UiPath RPA Developer – Microsoft 365 Migration proejct.Duration: 6+ months renewableLocation: Europe(100% remote)Desription:We are seeking a Senior RPA Developer for a migration of a portfolio of UiPath RPA bots from Google Workspace to the Microsoft ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have strong development skills in UiPath, with proven experience in interacting of RPA bots with Microsoft 365 and related services. This role will collaborate closely with development leads and the wider project team to design, develop, test, troubleshoot, and deploy solutions that replace Google Workspace functionalities with their Microsoft equivalents in RPA bots. The ability to ideate and contribute to solution development, as well as to communicate clearly and work effectively within a team, is essential throughout the migration process.Key Responsibilities:Migration & Development▸ Analyze existing Google Workspace-integrated UiPath robots and adapt them to work within the Microsoft 365 ecosystem▸ Rework and test automations to replace Google dependencies (Sheets, Drive, Gmail, etc.) with M365 equivalents (SharePoint, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel Online, etc.)▸ Support the dev leads in maintaining REFramework standards and best practices throughout the migration▸ Update and maintain API integrations (REST/SOAP) between UiPath and M365 services as part of the migration▸ Work alongside the team to ensure adapted robots are stable, well-documented, and ready for deployment▸ Support testing of adapted automations — unit testing, integration testing, and UAT — in collaboration with the dev leads▸ Contribute to test documentation including test plans, test cases, and defect logs▸ Proactively identifying edge cases and ensure adapted automations are resilient to errors and exceptions▸ Assist with versioning and deployments via UiPath Orchestrator, including scheduling, monitoring, and alerting Collaboration & Communication ▸ Work closely with the team, picking up tasks and moving them forward▸ Communicate clearly within the team on progress, blockers, and technical decisions▸ Contribute to technical documentation: updated process definition documents (PDDs), runbooks, and migration notes▸ Participate in team ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives)▸ Self-manage your workload within the team's priorities — flag blockers early and find solutions proactively▸ Contribute to knowledge transfer and documentation so the team can maintain adapted automations going forward RequiredRequired skills:▸ 4+ years of hands-on RPA development experience▸ Proven expertise with UiPath (Studio, Orchestrator, REFramework▸ Strong experience with Microsoft 365 ecosystem: SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive, Outlook, Excel Online▸ Practical experience integrating with REST and/or SOAP APIs, including OAuth 2.0 / token- based authentication▸ Ability to read and understand existing automation code quickly and contribute without extended onboarding Technical Skills ▸ UiPath Studio — advanced workflow design, custom activities, and error handling▸ UiPath REFramework — deep working knowledge (transaction-based processing, retry logic, exception handling)▸ UiPath Orchestrator — deployment, scheduling, monitoring, queue management, and asset configuration▸ Microsoft SharePoint — list/library management, permissions, site configuration▸ Microsoft Graph API — querying and automating M365 resources programmatically▸ VB.NET and/or C# — for custom code within UiPath activities▸ JSON / XML data handling▸ Git or equivalent version control for managing automation source code Nice to Have▸ Experience in a Google Workspace → Microsoft 365 migration context ▸ Familiarity with Power Automate as a complementary automation tool▸ Experience with Agile / Scrum delivery
