Part-Time Commercial Cleaning Technician – FedEx ExpressCompany: Tidy SolutionsLocations: St Louis Metro Area (Multiple FedEx Express Facilities)Schedule: Monday – Friday | Evening Shifts (After Business Hours)Employment Type: Part-Time About the Position Tidy Solutions is hiring dependable, detail-oriented Commercial Cleaning Technicians to service multiple FedEx Express facilities throughout the St Louis metro area. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in delivering consistent, high-quality work and can stay productive while working independently. We’re looking for team members who are reliable, professional, and committed to maintaining clean, safe, and organized facilities every evening. Key Responsibilities Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, partitions, and floors Empty trash and replace liners throughout the facility Clean breakrooms, including counters, sinks, microwaves, tables, and floors Dust and disinfect offices, workstations, and high-touch surfaces Sweep, vacuum, and mop office areas, hallways, and common spaces Spot clean glass, doors, and entryways Clean warehouse support areas and other assigned spaces Operate commercial cleaning equipment, including backpack vacuums and auto scrubbers (training provided) Follow detailed site checklists and company cleaning procedures Report maintenance concerns, safety hazards, or supply needs to management Maintain equipment and supplies in clean working condition Requirements Excellent attendance and reliability Ability to work Monday through Friday during evening hours Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Strong attention to detail and time management Ability to lift up to 40 pounds and perform physical cleaning tasks throughout the shift Reliable transportation required Smartphone for clocking in/out and completing digital checklists Previous commercial cleaning experience is preferred but not required What We’re Looking For Someone who takes pride in producing quality work every shift Strong work ethic and positive attitude Professional appearance and behavior while working in client facilities Ability to follow procedures and maintain company standards Team players who are dependable and willing to grow with the company Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly pay Stable Monday–Friday evening schedule Occasional Saturday opportunities based on business needs Paid training Opportunities for advancement into Lead Technician and Site Manager positions Work with a growing commercial cleaning company serving premier clients throughout the st louis City area Job Type: Part-time Pay: From $16.00 per hour Shift availability: Day Shift (Preferred) Ability to Commute: Berkeley, MO 63134 (Required) Ability to Relocate: Berkeley, MO 63134: Relocate before starting work (Required) Work Location: In person
