Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. Responsibilities include identifying and building new business opportunities, developing strategic partnerships, creating and implementing sales and growth strategies, and meeting or exceeding sales targets. The role involves conducting market research, engaging with stakeholders, delivering compelling presentations, and ensuring customer satisfaction while working cross-functionally with internal teams to drive success. Qualifications Proven experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnership managementStrong market research and analytical skills to identify new opportunities and assess market trendsExcellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skillsAbility to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and deliver results in a remote work environmentFamiliarity with the energy, industrial, or power electronics industries is highly advantageousProficiency in CRM tools and experience in using data to inform strategic decision-makingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field preferredProactive problem-solving mindset with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships
