About the Role The Industrial Maintenance Technician will be responsible for performing maintenance and repairs on production equipment and building systems of various complexities. You will work independently and demonstrate proficiency in at least one trade or function. Key Responsibilities Maintain and repair production equipment and building systems. Diagnose issues and execute complex repairs effectively. Support various building trades and understand basic electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. Contribute as a reliable team member with strong communication skills. Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe work environment. Qualifications High School diploma or GED required. A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience. Essential understanding of electrical systems and troubleshooting. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and perform physical tasks. Willingness to work overtime or be on call as needed. Work Schedule Monday - Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:00 PM (40 hours/week) with overtime after 40 hours and extra shift premiums!
