Senior Java Full Stack Developer - Crew

Build new API features at scale and collaborate with other API developers across teams. Improve API standards, performance, and service quality. Develop and unit test Java RESTful services that integrate with external systems. Review technical designs, provide feedback, and translate requirements into functional system designs. Work closely with design, business, and technical teams to deliver high‑quality solutions. Use DevOps tools (Git, Jenkins, CI/CD) to support builds, deployments, and automation. Research and recommend libraries, tools, and approaches to speed up development. Prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and maintain strong working relationships across teams.Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role Minimum 6 years of Java API development using REST, Spring Boot, XML, JSON, and Swagger. 6+ years developing and consuming SOAP and REST services in production environments. 5+ years of front‑end development with Angular, ReactJS, or NodeJS. 4+ years of hands‑on Kafka experience. Experience with microservices, containerization, and platforms such as OpenShift. 3+ years working with GitHub, Jenkins, and CI/CD pipelines. Experience with Kubernetes, Apache Kafka, and MongoDB. Experience integrating Java applications with Oracle or SQL Server. Strong understanding of secure coding practices. Proven ability to collaborate in agile, distributed project teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.CGI is required by law in some jurisdictions to include a reasonable estimate of the compensation range for this role. The determination of this range includes various factors not limited to skill set, level, experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case.
