Job Description The MTSS Teacher provides targeted academic intervention and instructional support to students who require additional support beyond core instruction. This role focuses on delivering Tier 2 and Tier 3 interventions aligned with the school's Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) framework. Reporting to the principal or campus administrator, the MTSS Teacher works closely with classroom teachers and administrators to implement research-based interventions, monitor student progress, and ensure students receive timely and effective support to close learning gaps. This role requires a highly organized and data-driven educator who is skilled in differentiated instruction, small-group intervention strategies, and progress monitoring to accelerate student learning.
