You'll be working on real projects from week one - experimenting with new tooling, developing creative GTM motions, and finding unique ways to make a small team operate like one ten times its sizeWhat You'll DoHelp design and improve Recur's systems for deal sourcing, diligence, and portfolio operationsRun GTM experiments end-to-end - building new engines and iterating to make it work betterTake manual, repetitive processes and turn them into systems that run on their ownWork directly with the founders and Chief of Staff on high-priority projects that change week to weekWhat We're Looking ForObsession with AI - you've used Claude Code, Cursor, or similar tools to do real work, and you reach for them by defaultScrappy and resourceful - you solve problems without needing the path drawn for youSelf-directed and organized: you can take a vague directive and turn it into a scoped project with a deadlineStudying or recently graduated in any field - we care about what you've done, not what you studied3.6 minimum GPA
