This strategic role serves as the primary liaison for assigned clients, addressing both technical escalations and business objectives. The ideal candidate will be client-focused, collaborative, exceptionally organized, and detail-oriented.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic advisor, aligning client technology with business goals. Deliver executive-level insights and communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ensure client environments are secure, scalable, and optimized for performance and growth. Develop IT roadmaps, lead business reviews, manage budgets, and uphold compliance standards. Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact and escalation. Mentor internal team members and foster collaboration across departments. Identify gaps and partner with technical teams to scope and prioritize initiatives. Ensure alignment with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. Requirements5+ years of experience in IT consulting, account management, or technical leadership, ideally within the MSP space. Proven success in strategic IT planning, budgeting, and engaging with C-suite stakeholders. Strong business acumen with the ability to align technology with business strategy. Industry certifications (e.g., MCSA, VCP, CCNA) are a plus. Proficiency with ConnectWise, Cisco, Meraki, Datto, VMware, Office 365, and advanced Mac OS support preferred. Excellent multitasking, prioritization, and follow-through in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with minimal supervision. Must be able to pass a background check and hold a valid U.S. driver's license.
