Fiber Solutions Sourcing and Estimation

JOB SUMMARY Nefab Group is on a growth journey and we are dependent on high-performance people to succeed. Our Fiber Solutions team is key to ensuring we deliver scalable and cost-effective packaging solutions with strong supply chain execution and reliable pricing strategies. We are now looking for a Fiber Solution Sourcing & Estimator to join our team in Nefab Americas, preferably based at our Braselton site in the Atlanta area, although we remain flexible for the right candidate. As a Fiber Solution Sourcing & Estimator, you will be responsible for identifying and managing supplier partnerships, accelerating the quoting process for corrugated packaging projects, and aligning cost models across raw materials, assembly, and margin targets. Your role will focus on securing supplier relationships and regional sourcing strategies that allow Nefab to remain responsive, competitive, and sustainable. You will collaborate cross-functionally with Fiber Kitting Engineers, regional sourcing teams, and the leadership of our subregions to ensure complete, accurate, and timely project proposals. You will also mentor junior team members and support supplier development efforts across the Americas. This position is preferably located in Braselton, Georgia (Atlanta area) and reports to the Category/Product Manager – Fiber. YOUR PROFILE You are a strategic and analytical sourcing professional with strong negotiation skills and deep knowledge of packaging materials and supplier development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum of 8 years of experience in sourcing, negotiation, buying, and supply chain development. Strong knowledge of corrugated materials, converting processes, and supplier networks. Proven experience in cost modeling, margin analysis, and regional pricing strategies. Ability to evaluate and build supplier capabilities and partnerships, including site visits and quarterly reviews. Experience working cross-functionally with operations, engineering, and commercial teams. Strong communication skills and teamwork mindset, with experience mentoring others.
