Midland Care ConnectionMidland Care Connection is a not-for-profit, community-based organization in Topeka, Kansas, dedicated to helping older adults and seriously ill individuals stay independent and supported in their homes. Established in 1978, we offer a full continuum of care, including hospice, palliative care, home health, grief and loss counseling, and our signature PACE (Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly) program. Our mission centers on "meeting individual needs through innovative care solutions," and we serve people across multiple counties in northeast Kansas.Community Aide This CNA position provides essential, hands-on care to clients in their homes to help them remain safe, healthy, and independent. Their responsibilities typically include assisting with activities of daily living such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility. They may also help with basic household tasks, meal preparation, and medication reminders. They will monitor and report changes in a client’s condition to nurses or supervisors, support comfort and safety, and offer companionship.
