Internal Medicine Physician

Well-established independent practice in a bedroom community of Charlotte, NC seeking a Primary Care physician (Family or Internal Medicine associate). Outpatient only opportunity. Staff consists of one physician along with three advanced practitioners. Currently an adult only practice while also doing some office minor procedures. Physicians would average 15 to 20 patients daily and patients. Call is telephone call only and one in every three weeks. Desire to hire new associate as physician is looking to reduce time in practice or retire. Physician is open to selling the practice to an interested physician or maintaining practice ownership while employing a physician. Our mission as a practice is to do well the hand holding of medicine. We want our patients to feel cared for. We do not always get it right, but we work hard to correct ourselves when needed. We enjoy a general good standing in the community and have seen a steady increase in new patients the last few years. We encourage communication between providers and regularly have discussion concerning complicated patients. We also work hard to make sure the staff is taken care of by regular bonuses as the practice does well. We want our Christian faith to be known first by our actions and is spoken as the Lord opens those doors.Salary: $220,000 - $240,000
