Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Janitor located in Ontario, CA. The Janitor will perform a variety of cleaning and maintenance tasks, including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, dusting, trash removal, and maintaining cleanliness in common areas, restrooms, and workspaces. Additional responsibilities include restocking supplies, operating cleaning equipment, and monitoring property conditions to ensure safe and sanitary environments. The role may also involve adhering to schedules, responding to clients’ requests, and following safety protocols. Qualifications Experience in Janitorial Services and Housekeeping, including knowledge of cleaning equipment and techniquesCustomer Service skills to professionally interact with clients and address their needsCapability and willingness to learn through Training provided on the jobPrevious exposure to Sales tasks, while not required, is a plusAbility to work independently, stay organized, and maintain attention to detailPhysical stamina to handle cleaning tasks that may require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periodsCommitment to workplace safety and hygiene
