Front Desk Receptionist
Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the first point of contact for our clients and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor, ensuring a positive experience for everyone who enters our establishment. This role involves managing phone systems, handling data entry, and providing clerical support to ensure smooth operations at the front desk.
Responsibilities
Greet and assist visitors in a warm and welcoming manner.
Answer incoming calls using proper phone etiquette, directing calls to appropriate personnel.
Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized filing system for records.
Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently.
Handle clerical duties such as photocopying, scanning, and faxing documents.
Provide administrative support to staff as needed, acting as a personal assistant when required.
Maintain a clean and organized front desk area to create a professional environment.
Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
Skills
Proficiency in phone systems and strong phone etiquette skills.
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Experience in clerical work with attention to detail in data entry tasks.
Strong customer service orientation with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse individuals.
Previous experience as a medical receptionist is a plus but not required.
Ability to work independently while also being a supportive team member.
