Associate Litigation Attorney

Job Description Struck Love Acedo ("SLA") is currently hiring a litigation associate. SLA specializes in government liability defense and general civil litigation defense. The firm defends torts, constitutional claims under § 1983 and Bivens, class actions, and complex civil litigation matters. We practice in both state and federal court nationwide from inception through post-trial appeals. Candidates must have excellent writing skills and a strong work ethic. Under the supervision of our partners, litigation associates work up their own files, which include motion practice, defending and taking depositions, arguing motions, and trying cases. SLA is looking for motivated attorneys to work in a collaborative team environment.We offer a competitive salary, a transparent bonus structure and comprehensive benefits.
