Mix/Mill - 1st Shift

About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Mix/Mill• Pay Rate: $18.00/hr• Location: Delano, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift Monday-Friday 6AM-2:30PM• Position Type: Temp to HireRequirements and Qualifications:• Experience in material mixing, compounding, or regulated manufacturing.• Strong attention to detail and documentation.• Comfort with repetitive and precision work.• Required to lift up to 25 lbs.Duties and Responsibilities:• Prepares and processes raw silicone and plastic materials by mixing and milling to create compounds used in medical device manufacturing.• Weigh and mix materials per batch records and formulas.• Operate mixing and milling equipment.• Monitor material consistency, color, and quality.• Maintain documentation, material traceability, and equipment cleanliness.• Work in cleanroom environments.Discover Award Staffing: At Award Staffing, we believe that work should be more than just a paycheck-it should inspire, empower, and create a sense of purpose.
