Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Personal Trainer based in Waterville, OH. The Personal Trainer will work with clients to design and implement personalized fitness plans, provide guidance on proper exercise techniques, conduct fitness assessments, and lead individual and group training sessions. Additional responsibilities include educating clients on nutrition and fitness best practices, monitoring client progress, and motivating them to achieve their wellness goals. Qualifications Personal Training and Fitness Instruction skills to develop tailored exercise programs and ensure proper techniqueExperience in Circuit Training and Sports Coaching to provide diverse training options and enhance client performanceUnderstanding of Nutrition to guide clients on maintaining a balanced and healthy dietStrong interpersonal and communication skills for motivating clients and fostering a positive environmentCertifications such as NASM, ACE, or equivalent in personal training or fitness instruction are preferredFirst Aid and CPR certification is beneficialPassion for health, wellness, and helping individuals achieve their fitness goals
