DescriptionJob Summary:Feeds an industrial folding machine to fold flags. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Must be able to operate the folding machine to optimal production standards. Must be able to identify and correct machine operating deficiencies and adjust as necessary. Performs routine maintenance and troubleshooting. Ability to communicate with production and management regarding status of production. Must be able to feed flags into folding machine in a straight manner. Must be able to keep an eye on the machine, the product going through the machine and verify that the folds are coming out of the machine correctly. Ability to maintain regular, punctual attendance. Education and Experience:High School Diploma or GED required. Ability to effectively communicate with other employees as to status of production. Must be comfortable with and be able to apply quality standards to folded products. Maintain a clean and well-organized work area. Physical Requirements:Good hand-eye coordination. Must be able to stand for long periods to time. Must be able to bend, stoop, twist and lift arms overhead. Must be able to safely and effectively perform the essential functions of this job.
