Join us as we embark on a dynamic adventure!What You Will Be DoingHandle a mix of inbound leads (people already requesting quotes) and outbound sales outreachMake 30–60 phone calls per day to potential and existing customersLearn customer needs and help translate them into accurate quotes and solutionsFollow up on open opportunities and help move deals forwardUse a CRM system (HubSpot) to manage your pipelineWhat We Need From You1–4 years of sales experience (B2B or manufacturing experience preferred)Someone comfortable working toward quotas and tracking performanceStrong communication skills and confidence on the phoneQuick learner who can understand technical products and processesExperience using a CRM system (HubSpot is a plus)Bachelor’s degree preferred, but not requiredAll-Star SkillsetHubspot experience/techManufacturing industry/technical product sales experienceThe PerksCareer GrowthYou’d join a small but growing sales team as only the 3rd Sales Rep, so there’s a good chance to grow with the company.Leadership plans to expand the team and eventually create more specialized roles like Account Management or Business Development.You’ll work directly with experienced leadership, including the VP of Sales and CEO, which can accelerate learning and visibility.StaffBright - Who We AreStaffBright connects exceptional professionals with fulfilling opportunities in Finance, IT, Engineering, and Sales and Marketing.
