Position Overview: We are seeking friendly, energetic, and customer-focused servers to join our team at Sushi Street. The ideal candidate will provide excellent service, have strong communication skills, and be passionate about delivering an exceptional dining experience. Knowledge of Japanese cuisine is a plus, but training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Greet and seat guests promptly and courteously Present menus and explain dishes, including sushi, ramen, and other Japanese specialties Take accurate food and beverage orders and enter them into the POS system Deliver food and drinks in a timely and professional manner Check on guests during their meal to ensure satisfaction Answer questions about ingredients, allergens, and cooking methods Handle guest concerns or complaints with professionalism Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas and service stations Assist in setting, clearing, and resetting tables Work as a team with kitchen staff and other front-of-house employees Qualifications: Previous serving experience strongly preferred Strong communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail Basic knowledge of Japanese cuisine or willingness to learn Must be able to stand for long periods and carry trays/plates Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer: Competitive pay + tips Training on Japanese cuisine and service standards Employee meals or discounts Positive and supportive work environment Growth opportunities within the restaurant How to Apply: Please upload your resume or apply in person at Sushi Street located at 1000 S Main St. STE 500, Keller, Texas 76248.
