Associates in these roles play a key part in producing and transporting high-quality flooring solutions for residential and commercial customers.We are hiring for multiple positions within our manufacturing facility, including:Production AssociateCreelerCreeler OperatorUtility Relief Lift Truck Operator (LTO)Machine OperatorShift 2 Monday - Friday3:00pm - 5:00pmShift 3Sunday - Thursday11:00pm-7:00amShaw Industries will provide training to help you develop your skills and grow within the company. Prior manufacturing or warehouse experience is preferred but not required.Key ResponsibilitiesDepending on the assigned department and role, your duties may include:Each role has different lifting, reach, and physical movement requirements. Typical requirements include the ability to bend, stoop, reach, pull, and push repetitively. May need to climb ladders and stairs depending on the position.
