The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in testing loyalty applications, rewards systems, member portals, and hospitality-related platforms.Responsibilities:Perform Functional, Regression, Integration, System, and UAT testingValidate loyalty program workflows including rewards points, redemption, member tiers, and booking functionalitiesPrepare and execute detailed test cases and test scenariosIdentify, log, track, and retest defects using JIRA or similar toolsWork closely with developers, business analysts, and product ownersParticipate in Agile/Scrum ceremoniesPerform API and backend validation testingEnsure overall quality of hospitality and loyalty applicationsRequired Skills:5+ years of QA Testing experienceStrong Marriott Loyalty / Marriott Bonvoy experienceExpertise in Manual Testing methodologiesExperience with API Testing tools like PostmanStrong knowledge of SDLC & STLCExperience with JIRA or defect management toolsExcellent communication and analytical skillsHospitality domain experience is mandatoryPreferred Skills:Automation testing exposureIBM project experienceSelenium knowledge is a plusKeywords:QA Tester, Loyalty QA, Marriott Bonvoy, Hospitality QA, Functional Testing, API Testing, Manual Tester, Regression Testing, JIRA, UAT
