This role focuses on merchandising execution and operational support and does not involve consultative selling, negotiating pricing, executing contracts, or independently recommending products to customers. As needed, the Sales Assistant may cover sales routes of other Sales Representatives by performing defined, sales‑focused support duties under established guidelines to maintain route continuity.
