Bilingual Customer Service
Job Descriptions:Prompt and accurate entry and acknowledgement of sales orders within 1 hour of receipt to include the coordination of paymentSupports data integrity in Odoo ERP, responsible for the recording of domestic user information, customer contact information, verification and uploading of Training FormsField incoming customer calls and emails related to general inquiries and open ordersInteract with Operations Team to validate lead times, ship dates, and order changesResponsible for record keeping related to customer orders and ensuring that the appropriate documentation is filed in the order foldersMaintains and updates department reports based on standard operating proceduresBuilds rapport with customers and works to ensure they receive excellent customer serviceProvides other related duties, as assignedJob Requirements:Excellent proficiency in French & English (written & spoken)Post-Secondary Education RequiredStrong background in Customer Service & Experience in a business environmentStrong Experience within Microsoft and Google Suite of productsExperience with financial accounting software, such as QuickbooksProven ability to prioritize Customer Satisfaction and maintain positive relationshipsDesire to learn and collaborate cross-departmentallyExceptional attention to detail, and self-starter mentalityAbility to perform in a fast-paced, customer-focused environmentPrevious experience in the medical or healthcare industry is an asset
