Local Contract Nurse RN - Home Health - $60-65 per hour

LanceSoft is seeking a local contract nurse RN Home Health for a local contract nursing job in Poughkeepsie, New York. Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Home Health Discipline: RN Start Date: 04/27/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 8 hours, days Employment Type: Local Contract SHIFT TIMES: 08:30:00 AM - 05:00:00 PM WORK SITE: Poughkeepsie, NY 12601 Provide home care to patients with a vast array of medical diagnoses, i.e. wound care/wound vacs, PleurX drains, dressing changes, PICC line care/dressing changes, nephrostomy tubes, ostomy care, blood draws / venipuncture,diabetes management, CHF Management (Congestive Heart Failure). Must be comfortable practicing independently in all types of patient homes Travel is required - as assigned, estimated 50-75 miles per day, Mileage reimbursement Required: NY RN License BLS 1-3 yrs home care experience 1 yr recent clinical experience Ability to travel & a working vehicle in good condition Preferred: HCHB application experience About LanceSoft Established in 2000, LanceSoft is a Certified MBE and Woman-Owned organization.
