This is a hybrid position and is available locally in either our corporate satellite office in beautiful Charlotte, NC or our corporate headquarters in Hartsville, SC, which is close to exciting destinations (Myrtle Beach, SC Charleston, SC, Columbia, SC and Charlotte, NC). We'd love to hear from you if: You have a bachelor's or master's degree in accounting; CPA preferred. You have 4 or more years of experience in public accounting firm, and/or within a medium to large company's consolidation/reporting team. SEC experience is a plus, not required. You have accounting experience with pension and postretirement benefits or stock based compensation. You have a high degree of proficiency with excel and other Microsoft Office products with ability to retrieve data, manipulate such data and create useful analytical information. You have a high-level understanding of consolidation tools (OneStream, HFM) or ERP systems (Oracle Finance, JDE, PowerBI, etc.) is plus. You have strong communication, presentation skills, and can adjust and work effectively in a dynamic, changing, and collaborative environment. You have a strong technical aptitude and ability to grasp general knowledge of multiple disciplines and technologies Compensation: This is a progression position, and can be a Level III, or Senior, depending on experience and business needs. The annual base salary range for this role is as follows: Analyst III - Financial: $107,760 - $121,230, plus an annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary. Senior Financial Analyst: $122,320 - $137,610, plus an annual target bonus of 7.5% of base salary.
