Senior Consultant – Power Platform & Databricks(W2 Only)
Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with strong expertise in Microsoft Power Platform, Power BI, SharePoint, and Databricks to support enterprise application development and analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will work across multiple workstreams developing scalable solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, SharePoint, and Power BI while supporting integrations with Databricks-based AI and analytics platforms. This role requires hands-on development experience, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capability to collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders in a fast-paced consulting environment.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and maintain enterprise solutions using Power Platform technologies.Build and enhance Power Apps applications and Power Automate workflows.Develop interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI.Support SharePoint Online development, administration, and integrations.Integrate Power Platform solutions with Databricks AI and analytics environments.Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Develop scalable automation and reporting solutions across multiple business workstreams.Troubleshoot and optimize existing Power Platform and SharePoint applications.Support deployment, testing, documentation, and production activities.Ensure solutions follow security, governance, and best practice standards.Required SkillsDatabricksPower BIPower AppsPower AutomateSharePoint OnlineMicrosoft Power PlatformWorkflow AutomationDashboard DevelopmentData IntegrationAI Solution IntegrationPreferred QualificationsExperience integrating Power Platform with Azure or Databricks environments.Knowledge of REST APIs and connectors.Familiarity with AI/ML integration use cases.Experience working in Agile environments.Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.Experience Required5+ years of experience with Microsoft Power Platform technologies.Hands-on experience with Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate, and SharePoint.Experience supporting enterprise analytics and automation initiatives.Exposure to Databricks or modern data platforms preferred.
