Manager Program Support

End-to-end perspective acts as a detailed knowledge expert of DSVs new product capabilities, roadmap, systems, and operations. Develops strong relationships across North American region and contributes to the development of the strategy to achieve product goals. Oversees the execution of DSVs market segment expansions to new and existing facilities in the United States and Canada set by executive leadership. Responsible for ensuring consistent feature deployments, customer implementations, and daily operating guidelines are used across the entire network. Works to correct gaps in network.
