Mid-Level Developer
Who We AreProvoke is a global consulting firm building AI-native solutions that transform how work gets done. Founded on a culture of innovation, growth, and curiosity, we partner with global clients to design and deploy agentic AI embedded directly into workflows so teams move faster, think smarter, and scale with purpose.OverviewWe are looking for a Mid-Level Developer to join a team delivering interactive, content-driven experiences for healthcare clients. This is a hands-on development role for someone who can own substantial parts of a build from structure through testing and submission. You will work alongside a lead developer who establishes the technical approach and owns the client-facing technical process. You will take assigned areas of the CVA (Customer Visual Aid)—including sections, navigation behavior, charts, and data displays—and carry them through development, testing, and submission with limited supervision. The ideal candidate is comfortable working within an established architecture, contributing to it when appropriate, and identifying problems early rather than working around them. You should also be capable of supporting deployment and production validation when the lead is unavailable. Why this roleOwn meaningful portions of a CVA build from structure through production validation.Work within an established technical architecture while contributing improvements and identifying gaps.Build interactive experiences, navigation, charts, graphs, and data displays used by field representatives during HCP conversations.Gain hands-on exposure to Veeva CLM, PromoMats, MLR review processes, client-issued iPad testing, and production deployment.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn assigned workstreams end to end: Structure pages according to defined file and CLM content standards, build them, test them, and prepare them for submission.Develop interactive navigation: Implement navigation that allows field representatives to move directly to relevant sections during an HCP conversation, including objection-handling and challenge-driven flows.Build data-driven visual experiences: Create charts, graphs, and interactive data displays where the accuracy and presentation of figures matter.Work within established architecture: Extend the lead developer's architecture as specified, contribute improvements, and raise gaps or inconsistencies in the standard early.Test on target devices: Conduct build testing on client-issued iPads matching the standard field build, identify and resolve defects, and support production validation after deployment.Support the PromoMats and MLR process: Prepare content for submission and work within the constraints of a review-gated environment where materials must be approved before reaching the CRM.Follow deployment and validation procedures: Execute established environment, handoff, and validation processes consistently and document completed work.Contribute to project planning: Provide realistic estimates for assigned build areas to support the project workback plan.Collaborate with the delivery team: Communicate progress, surface risks, and work closely with the lead developer and other team members to deliver high-quality client work.Required Skills & ExperienceSubstantial hands-on experience building interactive, content-driven front-end experiences.Demonstrated ability to own workstreams through completion without task-level direction.Experience building or testing within Veeva CLM content structures, or directly comparable experience delivering into a review-gated content platform with fixed file structure and packaging rules.Ability to work within an architecture owned by another developer, extending it as specified while identifying technical issues early.Experience implementing charts, graphs, and data displays where accuracy is important.Experience testing interactive content at the device level, particularly on iPad.Strong attention to detail and the discipline to identify defects during build testing rather than production validation.Ability to follow deployment and validation procedures precisely and maintain clear written documentation.Strong communication skills and the ability to provide realistic delivery estimates.Desirable Qualifications/Preferred QualificationsCurrent Veeva certification covering interactive presentation and CLM content development, or active pursuit of certification.Hands-on experience with Veeva Vault CRM. Experience with earlier Veeva CRM is also valuable, but candidates should understand that Vault CRM and earlier Veeva CRM are not backward compatible and differ in coding and structure.Experience taking a Veeva interactive presentation into a client production environment and supporting deployment.Experience with PromoMats submissions and MLR-reviewed materials.Experience building navigable, challenge-driven CVAs where field representatives can quickly jump to objection-handling sections.Experience working in healthcare, life sciences, pharmaceutical, or other regulated environments. What Success Looks LikeIn this role, success means you can take ownership of assigned areas of a CVA, deliver them to the defined standard, and move them through testing and submission with limited supervision. You will be someone the lead developer can rely on to:Deliver substantial build areas on time.Produce accurate, high-quality interactive content.Catch and resolve defects before production validation.Follow established architecture and deployment procedures.Communicate risks and realistic timelines.Step in and support deployment or production validation when needed.LocationRemote USRole Type & Work AuthorizationThis role is offered as W2 hourly employment.
