This role drives peer-to-peer programs, speaker bureaus, advisory boards, and congress engagement, translating brand strategy into compliant, field‐ready initiatives that increase awareness and adoption.Core ResponsibilitiesHCP Marketing ExecutionDevelop and execute HCP-focused programs (peer events, speaker programs, education, and tools)Align tactics with brand strategy and commercial goalsSupport the development of promotional and educational materialsManage and optimize the speaker bureauLead peer-to-peer education and training with key opinion leadersAlign programs with sales prioritiesAdvisory Boards & KOL EngagementPlan advisory boards and gather insightsEngage ophthalmology thought leadersTranslate insights into actionable recommendationsCongress & EventsSupport major congress planning and executionCoordinate materials, logistics, and KOL engagementOperations & Agency ManagementManage agencies and vendorsOversee budgets, contracts, and program executionCross-Functional CollaborationPartner with sales, medical, regulatory, and market access teamsEnsure compliance and support field engagementQualifications & Requirements5-10 years pharma/biotech marketing & KOL engagement experienceExperience with HCP programs, speaker bureaus, and congressesStrong ability to execute strategy in regulated environmentsOphthalmology or specialty pharma experience preferredPosition TypeRemoteTravel40-50%As set forth in Harrow, Inc.'s Equal Employment Opportunity policy, we do not discriminate on the basis of any protected group status under any applicable law.#J-18808-Ljbffr
